Diagnostic Method of Ultrasonography

Ultrasound is an advanced medical technology, which has been a commonly used diagnostic method by doctors with good directionality. Ultrasound is divided into A type (oscilloscopic) method, B type (imaging) method, M type (echocardiography) method, fan type (two-dimensional echocardiography) method, Doppler ultrasonic method and so on. In fact, the B type method is divided into three categories: line sweep, fan sweep and arc sweep, that is, the fan type method should be included in the B type method.

A type method

A Ultrasonography

The A type method is more commonly used to determine whether there are abnormal lesions from the amplitude, number of waves, and sequence of waves on the oscilloscope. It is more reliable in the diagnosis of cerebral hematoma, brain tumors, cysts, breast edema and abdominal swelling, early pregnancy, hydatidiform mole and other aspects.

B type method

B Ultrasonography

The B-type method is the most commonly used and can obtain a variety of cross-sectional patterns of human internal organs, having been very effective in the diagnosis of brain, eyeball (eg, retinal detachment) and orbit, thyroid, liver (such as detection of small liver cancer less than 1.5 cm in diameter), gallbladder and biliary, pancreas, spleen, obstetrics, gynecology, urology (kidney, bladder, prostate, scrotum), identification of abdominal masses, intra-abdominal large blood vessel diseases (such as abdominal aortic aneurysms, inferior vena cava thrombosis), neck and limbs large blood vessel diseases. The graphics are intuitive and clear, making it easy to spot smaller lesions. Learn more about ultrasound machine

M type method

M Ultrasonography

The M type method is to record the echo distance change curve between it and the chest wall (probe) according to the activities of the heart and other structures in the body. And from this curve chart, the heart wall, interventricular septum, heart cavity, valve and other features can be clearly recognized. ECG and heart sound map display records are often added at the same time to diagnose a variety of heart diseases. For certain diseases, such as atrial myxoma, this method has a very high compliance rate.
